He was very much on time, explained the procedures to be carried out on the system in plain language and set about that work quickly. There were matters within the system which required work and replacement. Chris outlined all the reasons for that work in clear details before commencing. After all matters were dealt with, he further explained the problems associated with an ageing system and suggested ways to overcome them with annual servicing and then later by replacing the whole system.

Chris is a true asset to your organisation, well spoken, well mannered and undoubtedly a well qualified tech.

“My air-conditioning unit was leaking water onto my carpet. Fortunately l called Climate Plus and their friendly staff fixed it quickly and efficiently. Bailey R was the technician who diagnosed the problem and in no time it was fixed and functioning like new, and at a very reasonable cost. I recommend this firm and its staff very highly. And an extra special mention to their receptionist Thalia due to her excellent customer service skills.”

“Had three units serviced, and to my horror, was told they all had mould. Issac, the technician, was exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to walk me through what was needed to fix the problem and assured me that it was fixable. Also educated me on the possible health implications of mould in split systems, which was appreciated. The job was complex and an additional technician was called in and arrived promptly. “The online booking process was straightforward and Climate Plus advised of a two-hour window in which the technician would arrive. Our technician, Will, arrived within that window of time and was polite, efficient and professional. He explained the work that he had completed and advised of replacement parts that we should have installed. He said the Climate Plus team would be in contact to provide a quote and book a time should we wish to go ahead with this work. Will emailed the receipt, along with photos he had taken of the cooling unit before and after the service. Highly recommended and we will be back for our next annual service.”

“Fantastic experience with this company. Had a split system installed. Notification of early arrival the day before and 10 mins before. Terrific, polite guys with a customer first attitude. Efficient installation, consulted about placement of both indoor and outdoor units. Tested the unit, took me through basic operating procedure and cleaned up before they left.
